摘要：伴随比特币的诞生、兴起与发展，其底层技术“区块链”在近几年发展迅速，基于区块链的智能合约是未来可编程社会的重要基础，可以大大减少成本、降低效率，也成为了国内外关注的重点。文章阐述了智能合约的非形式化定义、详述了智能合约在区域链上的工作原理、智能合约模型、工作流程、以智能合约发展转折点为分水岭描述了两个发展阶段、介绍了智能合约快速发展以来在国内外的研究动态、讨论了智能合约的未来发展方向和展望，致力于为未来相关研究提供有益的指导和借鉴。

Abstract: With the birth, rise anddevelopment of bitcoin , its underlying technology "block chain" isalso developing rapidly in recent years, and the Smart Contract that based onthe blockchain is an important basis for programmable society in future, and canreduce costs and efficiency in a large part, has also become the focus at homeand abroad. This paper expounds the informaldefinition, working principle, model in the area of the chain , workflow, twostages of development, research trends at home and abroad in rapiddevelopment, the future development direction and the prospect of intelligentcontract, is committed to provide useful guidance and reference for relatedresearch in future.
